When Virgin Media Business rebranded they reached out to us to help create a feedback and thought wall for their internal staff at offices and call centres throughout the UK.
We ran 8 simultaneous digital graffiti walls with branded interfaces to capture personal feedback from their staff members and establish what Virgin means to them. Employees used branded Infra Red Cans (that look and feel like aerosols but without the paint and smell) to draw on a 3 metre digital Virgin branded wall.
All of these images were printed and a collage was created for each of the Virgin offices showing off the feedback. The Feedback Wall was a great tool to encourage staff members to get involved and understand the company rebrand and for Virgin to gather the individual opinions of staff.
